Christmas Punch

Christmas Punch - Ingredients
  • 2 bottles champagne
  • 1 fifth white rum
  • 1 fifth whisky
  • 1 fifth brandy
  • ½ bottle benedictine
  • 1 litre tea
  • 1 litre orange juice
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 10g angostura bitters
  • 1 pineapple slice

Christmas Punch - Method

  1. Dissolve sugar in fruit juices in punch bowl.
  2. Add all other ingredients except Champagne.
  3. Mix well and add ice.
  4. Just before serving add chilled Champagne and stir gently.
