  • If leaflet advertised food offers are not available, we will issue you with a voucher to purchase that product at the special price when it is again in stock.

Team Members

  • We will recruit our Team Members for their friendliness, helpfulness and politeness.
  • We will look after our Team Members so that they can look after you.
  • Our Team Members are empowered to replace food products in the first place without argument or debate.

External Environment

  • We will monitor our own car parking facilities to prevent abuse and take appropriate action.
  • We will ensure that our delivery drivers show courtesy to customers and other road users.
