Bromsgrove Travel Agent Is Flying High With Mystery Shop Results

A travel shop in Bromsgrove is the best in town– and that’s official.

Midlands Co-op Travel on Mill Lane scored 89% in a mystery shop test by trade publication, Travel Weekly, beating off competition from three other shops in the town.

Each week the magazine tests travel agents in different parts of the country with various requests.

The test for the four travel agents in Bromsgrove was to find a wedding package for a couple on a small budget.

Out of four travel agents tested, Midlands Co-op Travel scored 89% and the mystery shopper commented: “this friendly, helpful, professional agent went out of her way to show me she could deliver exactly what I wanted – impressive”.

Midlands Co-op Travel, which incorporates Ilkeston Co-op Travel, is the region’s largest independent travel business.
