Customer charter - our guarantee is your satisfaction
It is our policy to offer our customers the highest-quality products
at the lowest prices!
Lowest price promise
If you see the same product with the same offer on sale at a lower price within a
five mile radius of the store of purchase, we promise
to refund the difference. Claims must be made within seven days of purchase.
Product quality guarantee
If any item you buy develops a fault within 28 days of purchase,
we will repair or exchange it – the choice is yours. The product
must still be in new condition and the receipt provided. After the
28-day period has elapsed, any faulty items returned will be repaired
within a reasonable space of time. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
Satisfaction guarantee
If you return goods within seven days in as new condition with
the original packaging and receipt, we will exchange them or
refund your money. We cannot exchange special orders, floor coverings,
certain products for reasons of hygiene, and video, audio or computer
software unless faulty.
Small electrical appliance guarantee
Any faulty appliance returned within the 12 month guarantee period
will be exchanged without quibble – ask in store for details.
Peace of mind
We are committed to customer service, and to training our staff
to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. Please
do not hesitate to contact them, or a manager, for further help.
Spread the load with Midlands Co-operative nursery club
Select the items you want
from one of our nursery departments and we will reserve them for
you. We will give you a payment book, and you can make a payment whenever it suits you. Once you have paid in full, the items will be yours. The nursery club is a good way of spreading the cost of nursery purchases over several months.
10% voucher
Once you have paid off the balance, we will give you a voucher worth 10% of
the total amount you have spent through the nursery club to spend in the store of issue.
