Customer Charter - Our Guarantee is Your Satisfaction
It is our policy to offer our customers the best quality products
at the lowest prices!
7 days lowest price promise
If you see the same product with the same offer, on sale within a
five mile radius of the store of purchase, at a lower price, we promise
to refund the difference. Claims must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Product Quality Guarantee
If the item you have brought develops a fault within 28 days of purchase,
we will repair or exchange it - the choice is entirely yours. The product
must still be in new condition and the receipt provided. After the
28 days period has elapsed, any faulty items returned will be repaired
within a reasonable space of time.*

Satisfaction Guarantee
If the goods are returned in as new condition within 7 days, with
the original packaging and receipt, we will exchange your goods or
refund your money. Sorry, we cannot exchange special orders, floorcoverings,
certain products for reasons of hygiene and any video, audio or computer
software, unless faulty.

Small Electrical Appliance Guarantee
Any faulty appliance returned within the 12 month guarantee period
will be exchanged without quibble - please ask for details.

Midlands Co-op Nursery Club
You will find our club an easy way to spread the cost of nursery purchases
over several months. All you have to do is select the items you want
from one of our nursery departments and these will be reserved for
you. You can then spread the payments to suit your budget - just take
your Payment book in weekly, monthly or whenever it suits you, and
providing you have paid in full, you will have the nursery items you
want without paying large sums all at one time.
10% voucher
Once you have paid in full, we will give you a voucher worth 10% of
the total amount you have spent through the club. This voucher can
then be spent on any non-food purchases within the store of issue.
