South Point Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot
2008 – South Africa
This full, fruity and wonderfully easy drinking red hails from South Africa and displays
nuances of forest berry fruit with a smoky, leathery oak character. The palate has lots of
juicy, blackberry flavours delicately supported with smooth tannins.
Food Suggestion
Lovely with marinated ribs or a tomato based aubergine bake.

South Point Chenin Blanc Viognier
2008 – South Africa
This wonderfully perfumed white wine hails from South Africa and
is characterised by lots of apricot fruit and a lemony finish making
it deliciously moreish. The major component of the wine is Chenin
Blanc which has been partially aged on French oak staves and then
blended with some barrel fermented viognier which assists in giving
the wine such lovely depth of flavour.
Food Suggestion
Ideally served with a creamy coq au vin or grilled salmon steaks.

Batitú is named after a beautiful bird, once a delicacy famed for its meat and eggs,
which migrates from North America to Chile. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes
